Aftercare | Dermal Treatments

Healthy healing is an important part of your results.
While every treatment is a little different, these guidelines will help protect your skin, support the healing process, and get the most from your appointment.

This Guide is Recommended For:

  • Chemical Peels

  • Microneedling

  • Services where your provider recommends
    post-treatment facial care

What’s Normal?

  • Mild redness

  • Warmth

  • Tight or dry skin

  • Mild sensitivity

  • Light flaking or peeling (depending on your treatment)

These are common signs that your skin is healing.

Caring for Your Skin:

First 24 Hours:

  • Keep skin clean.

  • Avoid heat, steam and excessive sweating.

  • Skip exercise if advised.

  • Protect your skin from the sun.

  • Avoid touching or picking the treated area.

Healing Timeline:

Day 1
Redness, warmth and sensitivity are common.

Days 2–4
Skin may feel dry or tight. Some treatments may begin to flake.

Days 5–7
Skin continues renewing. Most clients notice improved texture and brightness.

While Healing:

  • Use gentle skincare.

  • Keep skin hydrated.

  • Wear SPF 30+ daily.

  • Avoid exfoliants, retinol and active ingredients until advised.

  • Let peeling skin shed naturally.

Things to Avoid:

  • Direct sun exposure

  • Hot tubs & saunas

  • Swimming

  • Picking or peeling skin

  • Harsh skincare products

  • Waxing the treated area

What’s Normal?

  • Brows may feel slightly firm for the first day.

  • Lashes continue settling during the first 24 hours.

  • A mild treatment scent may linger briefly.

  • Results soften naturally over time.

    These are all normal parts of the treatment process.

Caring for Your Brows + Lashes

First 24 Hours:

  • Keep brows and lashes dry.

  • Avoid heat and steam.

  • Avoid sweating and exercise.

  • Avoid eye makeup and mascara.

  • Avoid any oil-based products around the eyes.

  • Avoid rubbing or touching.

  • Avoid sleeping face down.

Treatment Timeline:

First 24 Hours
The lifting solution continues setting. Keep brows and lashes dry and avoid anything that may affect the results.

Weeks 1–4
Enjoy your refreshed brows and lashes with your normal routine while following the recommended aftercare.

Weeks 5-8
Results gradually soften as your natural hair growth cycle continues. This is a great time to book your next appointment.

Ongoing Care:

  • Brush brows daily.

  • Cleanse gently.

  • Use a conditioning serum if recommended.

  • Be gentle when removing eye makeup.

  • Book your appointment every 6-8 weeks
