Owner and Medical Aesthetician behind K. Rae Refined, bringing both experience and passion to every treatment. Before starting her family, Kylie owned and operated a successful spa, where she developed a love for body care and client care. After dedicating several years to being home with her children during their earliest years, she returned to the industry with a renewed purpose. This time focusing on medical aesthetics. Today, Kylie blends her clinical training with her natural warmth to create customized, results driven treatments that help clients feel confident, cared for and beautifully refined. When she's not running the business you will most likely find Kylie at their house in the mountains making memories with her little family.

With over 26 years in the esthetics and makeup industry, I bring a deep passion for helping people look and feel their best. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to teach esthetics while also running my own business, experiences that shaped my commitment to both education and exceptional client care.
I specialize in creating a comfortable, welcoming space where clients can relax, feel confident, and truly enjoy their treatments. My certifications include medical facials, lash lifts, brow services, foot care, waxing and permanent makeup. I’m also committed to ongoing education and regularly pursue advanced training to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in the industry.
Outside of the treatment room, I love spending time with my family on the ranch and enjoying the peace and beauty of nature. Those moments help keep me grounded and inspire the care and connection I strive to bring to every client experience.

Ines is a registered nurse with 12 years of experience, as well as a proud wife and mother of two daughters. Raised in Brooks, she is deeply connected to the community and is thrilled to welcome new clients into her practice. Her passion lies in helping individuals look and feel their very best while achieving a natural, refreshed aesthetic.
She is currently offering Botox and dermal fillers, with additional treatments coming soon as the practice continues to grow. Ines looks forward to meeting you, learning about your aesthetic goals, and supporting you on your journey to feeling confident and radiant.

Having practiced in Brooks for many years, he has built a reputation for clinical excellence, integrity, and a thoughtful, patient centered approach to medicine.
We are bridging his special interest in functional medicine and internal wellness with aesthetic refinement, ensuring that every treatment is grounded in safety, science, and long-term health. By focusing on prevention, optimization, and whole body balance, he supports clients in not only looking their best, but feeling their absolute best.

My journey in the hair industry began at just 17, when I started working in a salon and took my very first hair course in San Diego at Global Sessions. That experience sparked a passion for travel, learning, and constantly elevating my craft behind the chair.
Since then, I’ve taken countless advanced education courses in Calgary and have been lucky enough to travel to Vancouver, Orlando, Las Vegas, San Diego (round two!), and ultimately New York — where I had the incredible opportunity to style hair for NYFW 2020.
I’ve now been in the industry for 12 years, specializing in all things colour — from bright blondes to rich, beautiful brunettes, lived-in blends, and bold statement shades. I truly love getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their hair goals, creating custom colour that makes them feel confident and beautiful.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me on our family farm, where my husband and I live with our ever-growing collection of animals (I’m always adding more). Farm life is my happy place — and soon it will be even sweeter, as I officially joined the Mom Club in 2026, with our first little one.

With over a decade of experience in the hair industry, I've ben a journeyman hairstylist since 2017, specializing in blonding, balayage and live-in hair, but I love working with any and every colour. My approach to clients is all about real conversations and realistic goals. Taking time to understand your hair, hair history and daily routine - giving unique style that best suits you. I've taken multiple courses both online and in person to stay engaged with the latest trends. Beyond the salon, I cherish time with my daughter and husband on our acreage. We love camping, driving, exploring and taking our dog everywhere we go.

Cinder + Ink | Tattoo Artist
Cyndi is the artist behind Cinder + Ink, a fine-line tattoo studio specializing in delicate linework, organic forms, and thoughtfully composed designs. Tattooing for three years, she brings a background in Architecture and Graphic Design to her work, blending structural understanding with artistic intuition. Her pieces are guided by flow, balance, and intentional placement, ensuring each tattoo complements the body’s natural form while maintaining clarity and longevity.Known for her collaborative approach, Cyndi works closely with each client to refine every detail — from composition to typography — with a deep appreciation for the subtle elements that make a piece feel truly refined.
Originally from Cranbrook, B.C., she now lives rurally south of Brooks with her husband, young son, and two dogs. She draws inspiration from Western landscapes and brings a warm, attentive energy to every appointment — and will happily chat about design flow, font options, or life outside the studio.
All tattoo bookings are managed directly through Cinder + Ink.
