Our policies are designed to protect your experience, support our practitioners, and ensure fairness for all guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows our practitioners to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a booking.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy, but clients are responsible for managing their bookings.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience illness, medical emergency, or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us directly — we are happy to assist with discretion and care.

Respect & Harassment Policy

K. Rae Refined is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for clients and staff. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior

  • Discrimination of any kind

  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Inappropriate comments or conduct

If a client engages in disrespectful or unsafe behaviour, the appointment may be stopped, future bookings may be refused, and fees for the scheduled service may still apply.

We value a kind, confident, and respectful environment — and we are grateful to all who help us uphold this standard.

Refunds & Returns

To protect product integrity and client safety, all clinical-grade skincare and cosmetic products are final sale. Once products leave the studio, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if a product reaction or concern occurs:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our practitioners can assess and recommend alternative solutions when appropriate.
